Captain Jason Neadel has been fishing the local waters for as long as he can remember.  He got his professional start in the business at the age of 13 as a mate on the Canyon Runner.  Since that time, he has fished from Gloucester, Massachusetts to Key West, Florida, to the eastern edges of the Bahamas.  At age 19, he received his 50-ton master's license.  Captain Jay currently holds his 100-ton Master Near Coastal Captain's license.

In the early 90's, First Mate Rudy Wilson got his professional start on a South Jersey party boat.  He has spent many successful years chasing giant tuna, from Massachusetts to New Jersey.  During the past few winters, he has logged time on a commercial monkfish boat.
